T.J.’s Landscape, Inc. is looking for a dependable lawn maintenance crew member to join our team. We are a family-owned landscaping company proudly serving Calvert County and surrounding Maryland communities since 1990.

We are currently hiring for a part-time or full-time position. We’re looking for someone hardworking, reliable, respectful, and willing to work outdoors as part of a team.

What You’ll Do

As a lawn maintenance crew member, you’ll help care for residential and commercial properties through hands-on outdoor work.

• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing

• Mulching, planting, weeding, and seasonal cleanups

• Loading and unloading equipment and materials

• Keeping job sites clean and professional

• Following direction from the crew leader

• Treating customers, properties, and team members with respect

Who We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with physical outdoor work

• Able to work in different weather conditions

• Team-oriented and respectful

• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred, but not required
